As we approach the NFL Conference Championship matchups, we're looking for some impact players in the run game.
These four teams in the NFL Playoffs have been pretty consistent against the run this season. However, I've acknowledged in previous articles that establishing the run is the best way to win today's games for all four teams.
Which players and teams will be able to do that?

Christian McCaffrey Over 86.5 Rushing Yards (-110) Click here to see which sportsbook has the best odds
Christian McCaffrey has added at least 87 rushing yards in 59% of games this season. He's even hit this line in four of his last five games and in seven of his previous ten matchups.
McCaffrey has never faced the Lions. That's an advantage to McCaffrey because the Lions have no idea what McCaffrey is truly capable of on that field. There's a reason he finished with nearly 1,500 yards rushing this season on 272 attempts.
He's the best running back in the NFL. Last week, we saw Rachaad White add some big runs against the Lions. Don't get fooled by Detroit's run defense. There are ways to break it.
Take McCaffrey's Over.
David Montgomery Over 10.5 Rush Attempts (-110) Click here to see which sportsbook has the best odds
David Montgomery only saw ten rushing attempts last week against the Buccaneers. He averaged 3.3 yards a carry and didn't add a rush more than 11 yards.
But throughout the season, it was rare for Montgomery to earn fewer than 11 carries. That only happened in two games where he wasn't injured in the regular season. He even saw 14 carries against the Rams in a close 24-23 game.
Last week, Jared Goff was red-hot in the second half, and the Lions adjusted. But don't expect Goff to be red-hot against the 49ers. He'll make some plays and earn plenty of passing yards. But he likely won't help the Lions put up 31 points on the Niners on the road.
Detroit will probably be a bit more careful around the red zone. Montgomery is the guy around that area. Grab the Over!
Gus Edwards Over .5 Receptions (-150) Click here to see which sportsbook has the best odds
The Chiefs are really good at disguising blitzes and changing things up. There will be moments where even the likely MVP won't see what's coming.
But because he's the MVP, Lamar Jackson will be able to get the ball out of his hands to his running backs.
Gus Edwards saw two targets last week. Despite catching one for -1 yards, he would've cashed this prop.
Edwards has earned at least one catch in 56% of games this season and has added a reception in six of his last ten. This is a good matchup for Edwards to earn another reception.
