We have a Thursday Night Football matchup between the New York Jets and the Houston Texans tonight, and I have put together an SGP for it that I am really liking. It consists of three legs, two of which are player props and one is a total. I am going to dive into each leg and why I am liking it for the parlay.

Thursday Night Football Same-Game Parlay - Texans vs. Jets
Leg 1: C.J. Stroud 3+ Rush Attempts
The first leg of the parlay is C.J. Stroud to get us at least three rushing attempts. He has hit this number in six of eight games this season and in six straight road games. Not only that, but six of the last seven QBs to play the Jets have had at least three rush attempts this season. With how good the Jets secondary is and the Texans top two receivers out, I think there's a solid chance we see Stroud scramble a few times. We also have the possibility of kneel downs right before half time as well as if the Texans win at the end of the 4th quarter. I'm really liking this leg.
Leg 2: Braelon Allen Over 30.5 Rush Yards
The 2nd leg I am adding to this parlay is Braelon Allen to get us 31 or more rushing yards. Allen is coming off a game where he saw 12 carries and rushed for 32 yards against the Patriots. With the short week, I think we could see the Jets give more work to Allen here as that is what they did in their last Thursday Night game. In that game we saw Allen get 11 carries and rush for 55 yards. This Texans rush defense overall has been pretty solid, but in recent weeks we've seen some running backs have some success against them - Jonathan Taylor 105 rush yards, Josh Jacobs 76 rush yards, James Cook 82 rush yards, Tank Bigsby 90 rush yards, Aaron Jones 102 rush yards.
Leg 3: Under 51.5 Total Points Scored
The last leg of the parlay is the full game under 51.5 total points. Both of these teams' strengths so far has been their defenses and I expect that to show tonight. The Texans rank 2nd in overall defensive DVOA, ranking 3rd in Pass DVOA and 4th in Rush DVOA. The Jets have struggled to contain the run game this season but rank 4th overall in coverage grade per PFF. CJ Stroud has also struggled on the road in his career with a 90.5 QB rating vs 105.7 at home. With the Texans injuries they are dealing with, I expect them to lean on the ground which should help out the under even more.
