The Colts come into this contest with a record of 4-4 on the season, and Indianapolis has won two of their last three games.
The Colts made headlines this week when they announced they would be benching second-year signal caller Anthony Richardson and turn to veteran Joe Flacco. Flacco, a former Super Bowl champion, led the Browns to the playoffs last season and will look for similar success with this Colts team.
Indy has enough talent to compete for a playoff spot if the quarterback's play is strong. An AFC team with nine or 10 wins has a good chance of making the playoffs. The Colts are hopeful that they will be that team.

McCarthy was injured in the preseason, giving Darnold the starting job. Darnold has not looked back on his opportunity to lead the team with 1,610 yards, 14 touchdowns, and five interceptions.
