The most impressive part of the Chiefs' perfect record is that they have done it by sustaining multiple key injuries. KC has been without their top running back, Isiah Pacheco, and top wide receiver, Rashee Rice. The Chiefs signed veteran Kareem Hunt and traded for Deandre Hopkins to help bolster the offense.
