Thursday Night Football Best Bets and Prop Bets
1. Sam LaPorta ATD (+240)
LaPorta made us rich on Thanksgiving when he scored the first touchdown and we're going back to the well on Thursday Night Football.
The Lions' tight end started the season slow but holds tremendous value tonight. The expected value of this wager is 102%.
2. Jordan Love Over 247.5 Pass Yards (-110)
The game script will favor this play tonight as the Packers will have to throw to keep up with the Lions' high-scoring offense.
Love has exceeded this number in five of his last ten games. Our AI probability of this prop is 68% compared to the implied probability of 52%.
3. Jared Goff Over 246.5 Passing Yards
I anticipate a high-scoring shootout that features a lot of yards with so much on the line on Thursday Night Football. Both these offenses can score in bunches and I think we're going to see a lot of passing attempts from both sides.
The former No. 1 overall pick has enjoyed the best year of his career. The expected value of this wager is 25%.
4. David Montgomery ATD (-155)
The Lions' running back has been one of the best in football this season and it hasn't mattered that he's split carries with Jahmyr Gibbs.
In the red zone, few backs are better than Montgomery and the Lions will lean on him tonight when the need to get in the end zone.
Montgomery has rushed for eleven touchdowns this season and should have no problem adding to that total at home.
5. Jameson Williams: Over 3.5 receptions (-105)
The former Alabama standout has dominated this number lately and to be able to get -105 on this bet seems like a gift.
Williams has exceeded this number in three consecutive games as Jared Goff and the Lions have really started to work him into the offense more each week.. The expected value of this wager is 10%.
