Thursday Night Football Prop Bet Trends: Josh Jacobs, David Montgomery and Others Poised to Go Off
We have a very nice Thursday Night Football divisional matchup today in the NFL. The Detroit Lions will host the Green Bay Packers in a very important game for the NFC playoff picture. I think this will be a great game and love a few different player prop angles. I have found a few trends for this week that could help you cash out today. I am going to take a look at three different player prop trends that I have found for this week in coordination with the brand new oddschecker+ Betting Trends Tool. The three players that I am looking into are David Montgomery, running back for the Detroit Lions, Amon-Ra St. Brown, wide receiver for the Detroit Lions, and Josh Jacobs, running back for the Green Bay Packers.

Thursday Night Football Prop Bet Trends
David Montgomery Over 17.5 Receiving Yards (-110)
The first trend I found is with David Montgomery's receiving yards line. It is set at 15.5 to 17.5 depending on the sportsbook and he has gone over 19.5 in 6 of the last 7 games. He had 23 receiving yards against this same Green Bay Packers team a few weeks ago and the matchup is great once again. Green Bay is allowing the 6th most receiving yards to opposing running backs this season. The oddschecker+ AI is giving Montgomery an 89% chance of clearing 17.5 receiving yards.
Amon-Ra St. Brown Anytime TD (+105)
The second trend I found is with Amon-Ra St. Brown. He has not found the end zone in either of the last 2 games but prior to that, had found the end zone in 8 straight games. In the matchup earlier this season, Jameson Williams was out and Amon-Ra was able to find the end zone. I like his chances to do the same despite JaMo being back and the oddschecker+ AI seems to agree as they give him around a 68% chance to score a touchdown.
Josh Jacobs Anytime TD (-150)
The third and final trend I found is with Packers bell-cow running back Josh Jacobs to score a touchdown. Jacobs has found the end zone 8 times over the last 6 games, only failing to find the end zone in one of those games. The Lions don't pose the best matchup for opposing running backs but Jacobs was able to find success against them in the matchup earlier this season with 95 rushing yards on 13 carries. The Lions have a ton of injuries on defense as well so Jacobs may be able to replicate that same success. Even if he can't I think he's a great bet to score tonight and the oddschecker+ AI agrees, giving him a 68% chance of finding the end zone.
