The Notre Dame star rushed for 1,372 yards and 18 touchdowns in 2025, added receiving value, and finished the year as a Heisman finalist, giving him one of the strongest all-around résumés in the class. He also reportedly connected well with Tennessee during the pre-draft process, which matters for a player the Titans would have to justify taking this high at a nontraditional top-four position.

If the Titans want a hybrid front-seven weapon rather than a more traditional edge or linebacker label, Reese is the kind of player who can suddenly jump once the first few picks come off the board.
