4 Minute ReadSeahawks vs. Titans Prediction: Can Cam Ward, Tennessee Dominate at Home on Sunday Night?
Tennessee is a 4.5-point favorite at -110, with Seattle +4.5 at the same price. The Titans are -218 on the moneyline, the Seahawks are +180 and the total sits at 37.5.
These teams could not have finished 2025 more differently. Seattle went 14-3, earned the NFC's No. 1 seed and beat San Francisco, the Rams and New England to win Super Bowl LX. Tennessee finished 3-14 and last in the AFC South, beginning another overhaul under new head coach Robert Saleh.
Seattle's first game since winning the championship ended in a 17-7 loss to Dallas. Sam Darnold received only a minimal workload, and the Seahawks are expected to stay cautious with their established stars again Sunday after using Friday's joint practice for much of the first-team work.

Seahawks vs. Titans Prediction
Drew Lock should receive some early snaps, but Jalen Milroe is one of the players Seattle most needs to evaluate and could handle a substantial portion of the evening. That gives the Seahawks athletic upside at quarterback, but it also means a championship roster will spend most of the night watching from the sideline.
Tennessee beat San Francisco 19-13 in its opener despite an uneven performance from Ward. The second-year quarterback completed 5 of 12 passes for 57 yards and did not look fully comfortable in the new offense, which is precisely why Saleh has reason to put him back on the field at home. Ward should again get at least a series or two, potentially more if the offense needs additional work.
The Titans also have experienced quarterbacks behind him. Mitchell Trubisky returned to practice after a minor injury, while Will Levis should see extensive snaps and Hendon Hooker remains another option. Tennessee therefore has legitimate NFL experience available throughout much of the game rather than immediately dropping to an inexperienced developmental passer.
Seattle is unquestionably the better football team when the real rosters are on the field. That matters very little Sunday. The Seahawks have almost nothing to prove with their established core, while Tennessee is trying to develop Ward, install a new offense and create confidence after a three-win season.
Seahawks vs. Titans Pick
- Pick: Titans -4.5 (-110) Check out these best odds at DraftKings Sportsbook
The 4.5-point spread requires more than simply backing the team with the better starter plan, but Tennessee's quarterback depth and home-field motivation provide enough support. Ward should receive another live test, and the Titans' reserves already showed they can finish a preseason win in San Francisco.
