5 Minute ReadEagles vs. Bears Same Game Parlay: Targeting Saquon, Kyle Monangai on Monday Night Football
Philadelphia brings a 2-0 record into Soldier Field as a road favorite, while Chicago enters 1-1 and without Williams after his hamstring injury in Week 2. The market has moved heavily toward the Eagles, with Philadelphia now favored by around four points and the total down to 41.5.
The lower total and Chicago's quarterback situation put extra emphasis on the running games, particularly Barkley after his Week 2 workload was cut short by a stinger. He returned to full practice ahead of Monday night and has said he expects to play, giving Philadelphia its top back for a matchup where controlling the game on the ground could become increasingly important.
Eagles vs. Bears Preview
Philadelphia has opened with a 24-22 win over Washington and a 24-20 road victory over Tennessee, although neither performance was especially comfortable. Chicago exploded for 59 points in its opener against Carolina before crashing back to earth in a 9-3 loss to Minnesota that also cost the Bears Williams for this matchup.
Chicago also won the most recent meeting 24-15 in Philadelphia last November behind a dominant rushing performance. Monangai ran for 130 yards and a touchdown, while Barkley was held to 56 yards on 13 carries. That result gives Philadelphia a little extra motivation, but the personnel situation is different Monday with Chicago forced to turn to a backup quarterback.

Eagles vs. Bears Same Game Parlay Breakdown
Leg 1: Saquon Barkley Anytime TD Scorer
Barkley is the centerpiece of this +345 parlay after opening the season without a touchdown through two games. He rushed 15 times for 83 yards against Washington, then suffered a stinger on his first carry against Tennessee and finished with only four attempts for nine yards after returning later in the game.
The encouraging part is his health entering Monday. Barkley returned to full participation late in the practice week and said he expects to play, meaning the Eagles should have a much better opportunity to restore his normal workload. Chicago has allowed 4.9 yards per carry through two games, giving Philadelphia a clear reason to reestablish the run rather than asking Jalen Hurts to carry the offense throughout the night.
Philadelphia is also without Dallas Goedert and Hollywood Brown, potentially concentrating more of the offense around Barkley, DeVonta Smith and the running game. Barkley has gone two games without scoring, but a game script where Philadelphia plays from ahead against a backup quarterback should create multiple chances for him inside scoring territory.
Leg 2: Eagles Moneyline
The moneyline is the safer way to use Philadelphia in this parlay rather than requiring the Eagles to cover a spread that has moved significantly since Chicago lost Williams. Philadelphia only needs to escape Soldier Field with a win, which matters against a Bears team that already beat the Eagles outright last season.
Chicago's quarterback situation creates the biggest difference from that previous meeting. Williams is out, and Case Keenum is expected to start after Tyson Bagent spent much of the week working through the concussion protocol. Philadelphia can concentrate on controlling the Bears' rushing attack and forcing a veteran backup to consistently beat its defense through the air.
The Eagles have not dominated their first two opponents, but they are 2-0 and have found ways to finish close games. Taking the moneyline removes the need for margin while still building the parlay around Philadelphia having the stronger quarterback situation and more reliable path late in the game.
Leg 3: Kyle Monangai 9+ Receiving Yards
Monangai has quietly cleared this number in both games. He caught two passes for 24 yards against Carolina, then added two receptions for 11 yards against Minnesota, giving him exactly two catches in each game and 35 receiving yards through two weeks.
Nine yards is a particularly low threshold for a back who has already shown some involvement as a receiver. Chicago should have reasons to keep Monangai involved even if Philadelphia controls the game, and a backup quarterback can naturally create more checkdown opportunities when pressure closes down deeper routes.
Monangai does not need a major receiving role to cash this leg. Two short receptions have already been enough in both games, and even one well-designed screen or outlet pass could put him over the number.

- Leg 1: Saquon Barkley Anytime TD Scorer
- Leg 2: Eagles Moneyline
- Leg 3: Kyle Monangai 9+ Receiving Yards
Barkley is the feature piece of the construction. His Week 2 numbers were suppressed by the stinger rather than a normal reduction in role, and his return to full participation gives Philadelphia a chance to put its offense back around one of its most dangerous players.
The other two legs complement that script without asking for extreme outcomes. Philadelphia only needs to win, while Monangai needs just nine receiving yards in a game where Chicago may spend extended stretches playing from behind with a backup quarterback.
