Titans vs. Ravens Prediction, Betting Pick, Latest NFL Week 4 Odds

The Tennessee Titans travel to Baltimore searching for their first victory against a Ravens team coming off a dramatic win in Brazil. Can Cam Ward generate more offense while Lamar Jackson and Baltimore look to turn another explosive matchup into points? Check out this Titans vs. Ravens prediction and best bet for Sunday, October 4.

Titans vs. Ravens Prediction: Will Derrick Henry, Ravens Keep Rolling Against Winless Titans?

Baltimore is an 11.5-point home favorite over winless Tennessee, with the total sitting at only 42.5. The spread suggests a potential Ravens blowout, while the total implies limited confidence that Tennessee can contribute enough offense.

That tension creates the central question. Baltimore has the personnel to do much of the scoring itself, but Ward and the Titans need to convert more of the opportunities they have been creating.

Titans vs. Ravens Recent Results

Tennessee Titans (0-3)

Tennessee lost 12-7 to the Giants in Week 3 despite reaching the red zone on all three of its second-half possessions. Ward finished 23 of 36 for 181 yards and one touchdown, but missed several critical opportunities and threw a late interception in the end zone.

The encouraging piece is that Tennessee finally created sustained second-half offense. The problem was finishing those possessions.

Baltimore Ravens (2-1)

Baltimore beat Dallas 34-31 in Rio on Tyler Loop's 56-yard field goal as time expired. Jackson found Zay Flowers for the 27-yard completion that put Baltimore into range after Dallas had tied the game.

The offense was not perfectly consistent, but Baltimore again demonstrated its explosive ceiling. The concern was a defense that surrendered more than 400 yards and 31 points to Dallas.

Titans vs. Ravens Line Movement and Betting Splits

Baltimore opened around -8.5 before climbing to -11.5, while the total has collapsed from approximately 47.5 to 42.5. The market therefore expects a more one-sided and lower-scoring matchup than it did initially.

That creates a much cheaper over than the original number. Rather than needing the game to approach 50, a 28-17 or 31-14 final is now enough.

Titans vs. Ravens Team News and Injuries

Tennessee Titans

Tony Pollard returned to full participation Thursday and Friday after missing Wednesday with a foot issue and carries no game designation. Tyjae Spears is questionable with an ankle injury despite practicing fully Friday.

Defensive lineman John Franklin-Myers also progressed to full participation and is cleared, while safety Kevin Winston Jr. is questionable.

Baltimore Ravens

Jackson is off the injury report after dealing with a minor back issue and is good to go. Flowers is officially questionable with a hamstring injury but returned to full participation Thursday and has indicated the issue is largely behind him.

Left tackle Ronnie Stanley is questionable, while centers Jovaughn Gwyn and Ethan Pocic are out with longer-term injuries. Baltimore will also be without top edge rusher Trey Hendrickson after he underwent a procedure on his injured finger.

Titans vs. Ravens Prediction

Baltimore is capable of doing most of the work required to clear 42.5. Jackson, Derrick Henry and Flowers present problems at every level, and Tennessee cannot simply devote extra numbers to the run without creating favorable passing situations.

The total has moved down aggressively because of Tennessee's offensive struggles, but Ward showed at least some progress after halftime against New York. Three consecutive red-zone possessions are useful evidence even though the Titans converted them into only seven points.

Baltimore's defense is also not playing at a level that makes a Tennessee contribution impossible. Dallas just moved the ball for more than 400 yards and scored 31, exposing enough vulnerability for Ward to manufacture two scoring drives if he protects the football.

Hendrickson's absence matters here. Baltimore loses its most accomplished edge rusher at the same time Tennessee desperately needs to keep its rookie quarterback comfortable. Ward does not need to suddenly become an elite passer for this over to cash.

A major Ravens lead could actually help the total. If Baltimore reaches the upper 20s early, Tennessee will be forced away from conservative football and into a higher-volume passing script, creating both scoring opportunities and turnover-generated short fields for Baltimore.

FairPlay AI does not provide an edge on this wager. Its projected total is exactly 42.5, matching the market. This is therefore a matchup and price handicap rather than a model-value play, with the primary argument being that the market has already cut approximately five points from the opener.

Titans vs. Ravens Best Bet

The number has fallen far enough that Baltimore no longer needs much cooperation from Tennessee. A Ravens offense capable of reaching 28 to 31 points combined with modest improvement from Ward gives the over multiple realistic game scripts despite FairPlay AI sitting directly on the market number.
