Buffalo heads west at 3-1 after suffering its first loss of the season, while Los Angeles returns home at 2-2 after rallying past Philadelphia. The Rams enter as a small home favorite in one of the highest-total games of the week, creating the type of environment where both offenses should generate plenty of yardage and scoring opportunities.
The +1200 same game parlay takes a more aggressive five-leg approach. Los Angeles anchors the ticket on the moneyline, while the player legs attack Adams against Buffalo's vulnerable secondary, Cook's versatile role and Allen's recent turnover issues.
Bills vs. Rams Preview
Buffalo opened with wins over Houston, Detroit and the Chargers before falling 29-26 to New England. The Rams have alternated wins and losses, falling to San Francisco, beating the Giants, losing 30-26 at Denver and then earning a 24-20 road win over Philadelphia.
The most recent meeting was one of the best games of the 2024 season, with Los Angeles beating Buffalo 44-42 at SoFi Stadium. Allen accounted for six touchdowns in the loss, and the teams combined for 86 points, reinforcing the offensive ceiling that exists when these quarterbacks and coaching staffs meet.

Bills vs. Rams Same Game Parlay Breakdown
Leg 1: Davante Adams 60+ Receiving Yards
Adams has already shown this season that his ceiling remains extremely high in Matthew Stafford's offense. He has produced multiple massive receiving performances, and this matchup gives Los Angeles another opportunity to attack through the air against a Buffalo secondary that has been one of the defense's biggest weaknesses.
Puka Nacua being back actually helps this threshold in some ways because Buffalo cannot consistently roll coverage toward Adams. Stafford can attack whichever matchup the defense gives him, and Adams remains capable of turning intermediate targets into chunk gains rather than needing 10-plus receptions.
Sixty yards is well below his ceiling and does not require him to dominate the entire target share. In a game carrying a total in the mid-50s, a handful of Stafford-to-Adams completions can be enough.
Leg 2: James Cook Anytime TD Scorer
Cook has become one of Buffalo's most reliable scoring threats and enters Monday having found the end zone in three consecutive games. His rushing efficiency has also remained strong, giving Buffalo a reason to keep him involved even against a Rams front capable of making life difficult on the ground.
The important part for this leg is that Cook does not need 100 rushing yards. Buffalo has consistently trusted him around scoring territory, and his receiving ability gives him another potential path if Los Angeles sells out to stop him between the tackles.
The Rams are favored, but a Buffalo offense led by Allen should still create multiple red-zone possessions. Cook only needs one of those opportunities to finish with the ball in his hands.
Leg 3: James Cook 2+ Receptions
This is the more aggressive Cook leg because his receiving usage has fluctuated from week to week. He has still shown that two catches are comfortably within his role, including reaching the number in Buffalo's opener and again in the loss to New England.
Buffalo's receiving corps also enters Monday less than fully healthy, which could create more opportunities for Allen to use his running backs underneath. Los Angeles is capable of limiting explosive plays, and sustained drives may require Buffalo to take what is available rather than repeatedly attacking deep.
The combination with Cook's touchdown does not require one specific play. Two short receptions can cash this leg independently, while his rushing and goal-line work handle the scoring requirement.
Leg 4: Josh Allen 1+ Interceptions Thrown
Allen opened the season without an interception through his first two games, but the turnovers have started to arrive. He threw two interceptions against the Chargers and another against New England, giving him three across his last two appearances.
Los Angeles has the defensive personnel to make him work for explosive throws. The Rams can create pressure without becoming completely dependent on blitzing, while their coverage structure is designed to force quarterbacks to string together longer drives rather than consistently finding easy deep completions.
That type of patience test can create turnover opportunities against Allen. He remains capable of producing a huge offensive night even while throwing one interception, which makes this leg compatible with Cook still generating enough offense to cash both of his props.
Leg 5: Rams Moneyline
Los Angeles gets Buffalo at SoFi after spending three of its first four games away from home, including trips to Australia, Denver and Philadelphia. The Rams finally return with momentum after beating the Eagles and now face a Buffalo defense that has struggled badly against opposing passing attacks.
That matchup puts Stafford in a favorable position. Nacua is back, Adams gives him another proven matchup winner, and Buffalo enters without full strength along its defensive front. Los Angeles should be able to consistently challenge the Bills through the air.
Buffalo is dangerous enough to keep this competitive, which is why the moneyline works better than asking Los Angeles to cover. The Rams only need to finish the game, and their passing-game matchup gives them the cleaner path to doing it at home.
Bills vs. Rams Best Same Game Parlay (+1300) Check out these best odds at DraftKings Sportsbook
- Leg 1: Davante Adams 60+ Receiving Yards
- Leg 2: James Cook Anytime TD Scorer
- Leg 3: James Cook 2+ Receptions
- Leg 4: Josh Allen 1+ Interceptions Thrown
- Leg 5: Rams Moneyline
The +1200 payout comes from combining several outcomes that can coexist within a close, high-scoring Rams victory. Adams can attack Buffalo's secondary, while Cook can remain productive as both a runner and receiver even if the Bills ultimately come up short.
Allen throwing an interception also does not require Buffalo's offense to fail. A game where he moves the ball, Cook scores, but Los Angeles generates one critical turnover and gets the final possession is exactly the type of script that gives all five legs a realistic path to landing.
