For the final match of LIV Golf's inaugural season, 48 golfers will travel to Miami, Florida to compete in the season-ending tournament at Trump National Doral. Since this is solely a team competition, there won't be an individual champion proclaimed at the end of the weekend like there was for the first seven competitions.
Instead, a share of the $50 million prize fund will be up for grabs among the twelve four-person teams. The winning team will split $16 million, while the runners-up and third-place teams will receive $10 million apiece. The Miami event will run from Friday through Sunday as they will compete in a number of forms.
Let's take a closer look at the course, format, and who might take home the season's top prize.
Course Preview: Trump National Doral Golf Club
Trump's Doral, also known as the "Blue Monster," underwent renovations in 2014 and has since emerged as one of the most well-known non-PGA Tour rotation courses in the world. It measures more than 7,600 yards, which is significantly longer than the Tour average, and it has a lot of deep bunkers and uneven greens.
It is covered in Bermuda surfaces and has numerous water hazards, like the majority of Florida's courses. The 18th hole, which is regarded as one of the hardest in all of golf, should challenge even the world's best players this week.

LIV Golf: Miami Event Preview
The first two days will consist of match play between teams, with the team who has the lowest overall score among the remaining teams winning on the final day. Based on their point totals from their performance in the previous seven tournaments of the season, the teams are seeded for match play throughout the first two days of the competition.
The top four teams will have a bye on Friday, and the top seeds will be able to select who they will play in match play at the start of each day of competition.
The 16 golfers from the four remaining teams who haven't previously been eliminated will hit the links after the customary LIV shotgun start on Sunday. The golfer who finishes with the greatest overall score earns the $16 million first-place prize.

Led by LIV Golf’s frontman and its best player this season, Dustin Johnson as his 4 Aces in prime position to walk away with the league’s top purse. Already winning the individual prize this season with a win and several top 10 finishes, look for Johnson and teammate Taylor Gooch to carry the 4 Aces to victory.

While they certainly have a lot of ground to make up, it’s hard to look away from a team captained by Cam Smith. One of the late additions to LIV, Smith has already made an impact, and his team of Aussies is rounded out by some killers in Marc Leishman and Matt Jones.
If they can get some favorable bounces early, look for these four to be in the mix come Sunday afternoon.
