This backup that everyone is worried about Antti Raanta was 15-5-4 with a 2.45 goals-against average and a 91% save percentage. In his last four games he gave up nine goals and this is hockey. A great goalie is important but this defense isn’t a one-man show and should rally around the backup until the starter is back.Â
