Columbus Blue Jackets vs. Colorado Avalanche Prediction: Expect Nathan MacKinnon, Avalanche to Dominate

We have a smaller slate here on the ice tonight best still some solid spots to choose from and I am loving this one. The Columbus Blue Jackets (23-34-12) are heading to Denver, Colorado, for a clash with the Avalanche (44-20-5) at Ball Arena in what should be a very exciting game. Each of the last four meetings between these squads saw a minimum of six goals and I expect another game with the lamp lit often tonight.

Columbus Blue Jackets vs. Colorado Avalanche Prediction

I know Nathan MacKinnon and Colorado have post season aspirations and these games are not going to have that playoff feel but you still have to take care of business against these teams and cannot lose momentum by getting beat by inferior squads. Columbus simply has no business rolling late into a game with the Avalanche at this point in the season, especially with the game being in Colorado. Now let's be clear, the Avalanche are heavily favored for a reason and this game has a lot of juice all around so I am running with a same game parlay to get the value I want in this one.

Columbus should still contribute to the scoring here, they play with good pace and with this being their only meeting with the Avalanche this year, I think they might play up to the talent a bit. Nevertheless, in the end the Avalanche should win a game we see goals in tonight and for that reason, I love this play here. Alexander Georigiev is between the pipes for Colorado and while the no. 1 net minder has been solid, he still concedes about three goals a gam here. Elvis Merzlikins should go for the Blue Jackets and the Avalanche should be all over him.
