Do or die game for the Bolts. I took the Panthers to win the cup a few months ago, wrote an article about it too, and I stand by that. They are the most complete team in the playoffs with an absurd amount of depth and arguably the hottest netminder in the league right now. With that said, I took this series to go to seven games for a reason. This Tampa Bay squad is excellent and honestly one of the best in this side of the bracket, they got a tough draw with the Cats in round one, and I would have taken them to win their series against anyone else.
There is too much experience and talent on this squad to get swept I can assure you they are not thinking about getting swept right now, they are thinking about getting back in this thing tonight. They know going down 3-0 in this series makes their chances of moving on just about the same as if you played Russian roulette with a loaded gun. You have to win this game and after nearly taking game two, I will back them on home ice here.
Expect the big three of Point, Kucherov and Stamkos to get after it while Andrei Vasilevskiy gets vengeance for the Game 2 loss. Bolts win tonight and make this one a series.
