After an incredible first two games of this series in Alberta between the Edmonton Oilers and Los Angeles Kings, we head to the City of Angels for Game 3 of this first round Western Conference matchup. We are all knotted up 1-1 so one team gets to gain the momentum and advantage after this game.

EDMONTON OILERS vs. LOS ANGELES KINGS Game 3 PREDICTION
Wash, rinse and repeat, I am going right back to the well here and will keep doing so unless this series goes to a Game 7. We saw 11 goals in Game 1 and nine in Game 2 as the ridiculous trend these teams have set between each other in the postseason continues.
Edmonton scores goals. A lot of them. Los Angeles knows that Edmonton is going to score and if they want to win they need to score goals too, probably a lot of them. That's about it. There is just so much pace and star power here, I don't see how they tighten up play on both sides.
Connor McDavid and Edmonton will keep forcing the issue and as long as they push pace like that Anze Kopitar and Los Angeles will have to respond. They proved in Game 2 they are more than capable of doing so and if you haven't noticed, they already have nine goals of their own in this series, just two behind Edmonton who ran it up in Game 1. The over has cashed in 12 of the last 15 meetings between these teams in the postseason.
