Thursday Racing Picks: Gulfstream Park

Race 1 - PICK: Traffic Trouble

- The likely favorite, Magical Mike, is a danger but he's worth taking on after a poor run last time out. Side with Traffic Trouble (who hopefully will have none of that during the race) who's unexposed afer just six career starts, in which he's displayed promise and should find things easier here

Race 2 - PICK: Dizzy Sight

- Dizzy Sight should be too good for this field now dropping significantly in class. The step up in trip from his last run should hold no fears

Race 3 - PICK: Declare Union

- Declare Union is somewhat of a slow-burner, but is definitely improving and can topple this field

Race 4 - PICK: Richies Great Girl

- This looks a match between Reiterate and Richies Great Girl and we're siding with the latter. Larry Rivelli's filly has been in good form for a while now and this drop in grade and trip should see her make it a fourth career win

Race 5 - PICK: Spiritual King

- Spiritual King isn't a leading light in the Todd Pletcher yard, but this is the easiest race this colt has contested and can get off the mark today

Race 6 - PICK: Embrace My Uncle

- The selection has finished runner-up in his last two starts and it could just be that this drop in trip to 6f could be the deciding factor for Nicholas Gonzalez's three-year-old

Race 7 - PICK: Dominate Themoment

- A race here in March could well hold the key to today's race with three of the field re-opposing. It would be foolish to take on Dominate Themoment who beat two of today's rivals in that said race by three lengths and is an improving performer

Race 8 - PICK: Preacher Marsee

- Preacher Marsee is less exposed than most, having raced just once as a three-year-old and after two solid efforts already this season, she can get off the mark for the season over a track and trip she has already run well over

Race 9 - PICK: Youngest Of Five

- Moretti sets a good standard, but the value could lie with Youngest Of Five, who won really well last time out on just his second career start and has loads more to offer

Race 10 - PICK: Mighty Road

- They saved the trickiest betting race to the end. Chance Chad Brown's debutant to be ready to strike first time out. She could be a decent three-year-old this season being a half-sister to a four-time winner
