Chicago could hardly have asked for a better Leagues Cup run so far. They have also gone unbeaten in their last five matches overall and have not lost at home since May.

The Fire have shown they can score in several different ways. Robert Lewandowski gives Chicago an elite finisher in the middle, while Philip Zinckernagel, Robin Lod, Jonathan Bamba and Puso Dithejane have all contributed around him. Chicago scored seven goals across its three Leagues Cup matches, finding the net multiple times in every game.
Monterrey arrives with plenty of attacking firepower of its own. Rayados have scored 10 goals across their last four matches and feature Diego Rossi, Lucas Ocampos, Jesús Corona and former Chicago striker Hugo Cuypers.
