Joey Essex is in talks to make his boxing debut later this year.
Reality TV star Joey Essex is reportedly in talks with celebrity promoter Misfits Boxing to discuss a fight against one of Jake Paul, KSI or fellow Love Island star Tommy Fury in a potential £1 million payday.
Joey’s uncle is the British trainer Tony Sims, formerly in the corner of Anthony Joshua - who fights Daniel Dubois on Saturday night at Wembley Stadium.

This weekend's bout bout pits two-time world champion Joshua, now 34, against the 26-year-old Dubois, who holds the IBF world heavyweight title after Oleksandr Usyk vacated the belt following his points win over Tyson Fury.

There are no boxing odds at the time of writing for Joey's first fight, which could take place as early as November in Qatar, according to the Sun.

Tyson was originally due to face YouTuber Paul in July but was forced to postpone the bout when he suffered an ulcer flare-up. It will now be held at the At&T Stadium in Texas on Saturday 15th November over eight two-minute rounds.
Tommy Fury, meanwhile, seems a likelier opponent with nothing in the immediate pipeline as he targets a big fight after splitting up with girlfriend Molly-Mae Hague.
