The ex-Notts County player-manager is 1/20 to fill the void left by their current boss, Neil Ardley.
Kevin Nolan has been smashed into 1/20 from 6/1 today to take the vacant manager’s position at AFC Wimbledon.
Just this morning, Wally Downes was the clear favourite for the job at 1/4 but his odds have been drifting all day. The man who made over 200 appearances for Wimbledon between 1979-1988 is now out at 8/1.
Former Notts County boss Nolan lost his job with the Magpies back in August and now looks set for a return to the dugout with the League One Dons.
There has been real momentum in the last four hours, with 56.6% of all bets on the market going on the ex-Bolton and West Ham midfielder.
Oddschecker spokesman, George Elek: 'Kevin Nolan was the latest in a list of names who had gone odds-on for the AFC Wimbledon job, but reports that he has been offered the job makes it seem likely that he and Neal Ardley will indeed be swapping their jobs from the start of the season.'
