The London club shortened this morning from 13/8 to 8/11 favourites to sign the 29-year-old this summer window.
The Hammers had been long-term favourites to re-sign Lingard following his impressive 2020/21 loan spell at the club, where he scored nine goals and grabbed four assists in 16 league appearances.
Over the past couple of days, however, West Ham had drifted out from odds-on to 13/8 to bring him back to the club this summer, before this morning's move into 8/11.
Rumours that he is in talks with Everton have also seen the Toffees shorten from 25/1 to 6/4 (10/3 available) to add the midfielder to Frank Lampard’s roster.

Newcastle have also been short in the market to sign him, recently being 9/4 with one bookmaker, but the Magpies have drifted out to 5/1 best price.
Reports of a £150,000 per week wage ask has rumoured to have seen some clubs cool interest in the midfielder.
Jesse Lingard scored a WhoScored rating of 7.22 in that loan spell at West Ham, which would have made him West Ham, Everton, and Newcastle’s highest rated player last season.
