Jude Bellingham Next Club Odds: Manchester City favourites to sign England star in January

Manchester City have overtaken Liverpool in the race to sign England’s Jude Bellingham in January, according to latest bookmaker odds.

Who are the favourites to sign Jude Bellingham?

Jude Bellingham has shortened to 3/1 to join Manchester City in January (8/1 at the start of the month) after playing a starring role in England's World Cup win over Iran.

The 19-year-old Borussia Dortmund midfielder remains a best price 11/2 to join Pep Guardiola's Manchester City, who are now the favourites to sign Bellingham should he leave Germany before the end of the January transfer window.

The long-term favourites Liverpool have now drifted to 7/1 best price (worst price 4/1) in Bellingham's 'Club After January Transfer Window Betting Odds' market.

Manchester United are considered the likeliest of the rest to secure his services in January at a chunky best price of 16/1 (worst price 9/1).

Real Madrid, meanwhile, are the only non-English side priced by the bookmakers in the race for Bellingham. The reigning La Liga and Champions League winners can be backed at 18/1.

Bellingham makes dream World Cup debut

England got their World Cup campaign off to the perfect start with a 6-2 victory over Iran yesterday. With two goals to his name, Bukayo Saka will receive his share of the plaudits, but Sam McGuire was left in no doubt as to the real star of the show.

Bellingham completed 97% of his attempted passes, 100% of his dribbles, won 100% of his tackles and made an interception in a complete midfield display.

If this is a sign of things to come, this could well be Bellingham’s World Cup. And it will probably be the last before one of the big boys come calling.
