Champions League Format
The new Champions League format for this season will see each team play against eight different opponents in the Group Stage (half at home and half away).
The top eight will go straight through to the last 16, while those finishing between 9th and 24th will compete in two-legged play-offs to join them.
The 12 clubs finishing 25th to 36th will be eliminated.
Champions League Final Date
This year's Champions League final will be played at the home of Bayern Munich - the Allianz Arena in Germany - on Saturday 31st May 2025.
