Readin Tommy Wrong's price has plummeted and is the most popular bet in the Albert Bartlett Novices' Hurdle
The Albert Bartlett is the final novice hurdle at the Festival and is run over 3 miles. It was incepted in 2005 when the Festival was extended to four days and, with only one single figure winner in the past 10 years, has welcomed a host of big priced winners including Minella Indo winning the 2019 renewal at 50/1.
Willie Mullins is the leading trainer of the race with three wins and A.P. McCoy the leading jockey, also with three wins. Since 2023 there has been a restriction with only four-year-old horses competing.

The money has come for Readin Tommy Wrong (22% of the bets) who was 6/1 not long ago. He is a winner of all four starts for Willie Mullins, he showed plenty of stamina to overhaul a stablemate of his in the Grade 1 Lawlor's Of Naas Novice Hurdle last time out.
The six-year-old could find even more improvement over this longer distance and is rightfully at the top of the market given his profile.
