There is a clear favourite for the Oaks at Epsom.
The third of five Classics comes our way on Friday in the Epsom Oaks.
Despite a 5th place finish in the 1000 Guineas at Newmarket, it is no surprise to see Ylang Ylang retain her place at the top of the betting.
Indeed, whilst she finished 5th, she was only beaten a length and stayed on powerfully in the closing stages to indicate she is up to this step up in trip.
She is a best price 5/2 on Betway at the time of writing (shortest 15/8 on bet365).

Her Fillies' Mile win on soft ground at the end of last season suggested the same. Moreover, the fact she has handled Newmarket's undulations so well gives a positive sign that Epsom will prove no hindrance. She's race fit with a run under her belt and can go very close.
Despite her obvious claims, and popularity among the oddschecker community (27% of the bets in the last seven days), Jamie Radford has his eye on another short price contender, Ezeliya (4/1 on Ladbrokes). Find out why here.
Ezeliya has taken just short of 10% of the bets in the last week, trailing Ylang Ylang (27%), Tamfana (14%) and Forest Fairy (11%).
