2024 Presidential Election Odds: Trump odds cut after Iowa victory

Donald Trump is now close to evens with most bookmakers in the 2024 presidential election odds after a landslide victory in Iowa.

Donald Trump odds in the 2024 presidential election market have shortened once again after winning the Iowa caucus by a record margin.

It gave the 77-year-old his first victory in the contest for the 2024 Republican presidential nomination and cemented his status as the market’s clear favourite.

Trump Odds

The 45th US president is a best price 1/6 on Sky Bet to win the Republican nomination race for the 2024 US election.

His victory with a reported 51% backing was the largest ever vote share in a contested Iowa caucus, beating the 41% won by George W Bush in 2000.

It comes just a few days after Colorado's top court ruled that Trump should be removed from the state ballot under 14th amendment to US constitution for inciting an insurrection.

Trump is now a shortest price 11/10 on Betfair (implied 47% chance) to win the 2024 US election but can be backed at 5/4 on bet365 (44% chance).
