After cruising to victory in the Emilia Romagna Grand Prix last weekend, Formula 1 bettors are backing Max Verstappen to go back-to-back in Monaco.
According to oddschecker, Verstappen has taken the most bets to finish P1 in Monaco this week.
Despite being third favourite in the betting at odds of 7/2 (best price Betfred), Verstappen has taken 20% of all bets placed, more than the betting favourite Oscar Piastri (18%), and Lando Norris (7%).
Interestingly, bettors are steering clear of Lando Norris at this weekend’s Grand Prix, as the Brit is currently 7th on Oddschecker’s list of most popular bets, with punters preferring to have a go on Fernando Alonso at 400/1!
