Eurovision 2024 is just a month away and Switzerland has seen plenty of support in the betting markets this past month.
With all 37 songs for Eurovision 2024 released, anticipation is building for the song competition in May.
One artist’s song that seems to have caught the attention of bettors is Switzerland’s contestant, Nemo with their song ‘The Code’.
After a thorough selection process that involved over 400 songs, with hundreds of artists hoping to represent Switzerland this year, Nemo was selected by the audience and jury panels to head to Malmo this year.
The Swiss will be hoping to win their third ever Eurovision victory, their last victory was in 1988 with Celine Dion’s performance of ‘Ne Partez Pas Sans Moi’.
It seems that the bookmakers think this is a real possibility as their odds have dropped dramatically from 40/1 in February into as short as 2/1 favouritism today.
Nemo has overtaken Croatian entrant Baby Lasagna to become the market leader.
It is possible this partly was due to the spell bounding performance Nemo put on at the Madrid pre-party on the 30th March and the hoards of positive feedback they received as a result.

Croatia is now second favourite at a best price of 4/1 (an implied chance of 20%) at William Hill and BetVictor. Their representative Baby Lasagna shot to the top of the betting in late February as they dropped from a 14/1 chance into 2/1.
Third favourite is Italy and their artist Angelina Mango with her song “La Noia”. She can be found at a best price of 5/1 at various bookmakers.
