Anthony Joshua vs Otto Wallin Prediction
The big Swede, Otto Wallin, arrives in the Kingdom after his best win to date - a unanimous points decision over Murat Gassiev.
He was also responsible for giving Tyson Fury one of his most uncomfortable nights back in 2019, inflicting a horrific cut to the Gypsy King’s right eye before losing on points.
Joshua got the job done when stopping Robert Helenius in August and he knows there can be no margin for error as he is set to face Deontay Wilder next year.
Joshua has had to endure something of a reset since back-to-back defeats to Oleksander Usyk and will have Ben Davison in his corner for his latest assignment against Otto Wallin.

Anthony Joshua vs Otto Wallin Tips
Ben Davison will have worked on Joshua’s mental game as much as the physical attributes the former world champion will bring to the ring. Since the shock defeat to Andy Ruiz in June 2019, the Olympic gold medallist has been accused of being gun-shy, although he will have been somewhat buoyed by his stoppage victory of Robert Helenius back in August.
However, unlike Helenius, his fellow Scandinavian has never been stopped and has only one defeat to Tyson Fury on his record. He is game and could ask a few questions early on.
But Joshua was victorious when the pair twice met in the amateurs, which may bolster his confidence going into this fight, and no doubt he will be looking to make a statement with an explosive performance.
Wallin will be hoping his southpaw stance can make things tricky, but apart from those defeats to the outstanding Usyk, Joshua tends to do well against left-handers and will try to impose his superior strength and athleticism in the early rounds.
Joshua should have a bit of nastiness back in his armoury for a contest he knows could spell the end if it does not go to plan. After a feeling out process in the opening couple of rounds, Joshua will look to land the power punches that propelled him to world titles.
Expect Joshua to up the pressure on Wallin in the middle rounds and claim a memorable stoppage victory between rounds 7 and 9 (11/2 on Betfred). All eyes will then be on Deontay Wilder next year.
