Fulham were good value for their point at Spurs midweek, although the hosts arguably had the more presentable chances it was the Cottagers who grew into the game and looked the more threatening in the second half. You have to doff your cap to Scott Parker for identifying weaknesses in his side and rectifying them on the training ground. Defensively they look much more compact and there’s always the right distance between the back 5 and the midfield. They can play with quite a defensive set up due to the counter attacking pace of players like Ademola Lookman and Ivan Cavaleiro.

They face a London derby with near neighbours Chelsea this weekend and I do think they can give the slightly out of sorts Blues a tough game. Fulham have conceded 0 or 1 goals in each of their last 6 which means they’re firmly in games and I’m more than happy to take them with a +1.25 start on the Asian handicap at 4/5 here. This selection would see us make profit if the hosts win, draw or even lose by a goal. They’ve only lost by 2 or more goals in 3/16 games this season and with Chelsea looking shoddy on the road of late it looks a nice way in.
