Betting Tip: Wolves to win
Wolves have performed well this season but weren’t getting the results they deserved earlier in the season but they’re on a 4 game winning run now, winning 3 of those. It’s coincided with a return to fitness of Raul Jimenez and the emergence of Hwang Hee-Chan, the duo are linking up well and there’s plenty of dangerous attackers in reserve with Adama Traore, Francisco Trincao, Daniel Podence and Fabio Silva.
Everton were a shambles defensively last week, conceding 5 to lowly Watford at Goodison Park. I think the injury to key midfielder Abdoulaye Doucoure is a huge cause for concern for the Toffees, he provides attacking energy, on the ball quality and defensive nous in equal measure and his replacements just aren’t anywhere close to his standard.
With Doucoure and Dominic Calvert-Lewin both out Wolves could take advantage and get another result. Odds of 5/4 on the hosts look fair, they have the better depth in terms of quality and are looking pretty solid at the back too at the moment, conceding very few good chances in open play.
