17:00 Saturday
Spain take on Croatia in the stand out match of this Saturday’s Euro 2024 matches as we see the three time champions kick off their campaign in Berlin.
Spain vs Croatia Prediction
Spain are aware they need a result on Saturday evening in what is undoubtedly the toughest group at Euro 2024. Having fallen to an early qualifying defeat to Scotland, La Roja recovered well to win seven of eight qualification games.
Croatia head into Euro 2024 unbeaten in six, and that includes a fine 2-1 warm-up win over Portugal last week. They'll be out for revenge here having lost to Spain in the UEFA Nations League final last summer.
Spain, though, should have too much for Croatia in their Group B opener.
Correct Score: Spain 2-1 Croatia (17/2 bet365)

Spain vs Croatia Betting Tips
Spain have been in fine fettle of late and managed to put Northern Ireland to the sword in their last game. Luis De La Fuente’s team have lost just one of their last 12 matches and they have the quality to edge past a dangerous Croatia side. The Spaniards are averaging a whopping 3.08 goals per game during that impressive run of form.
Croatia were eliminated from the last European Championships by Spain. That game went to extra time but we are backing Spain to get the job done in 90 minutes here. Modric and co. beat Portugal last week but they have been inconsistent in competitive matches.
