Eibar v Valladolid - La Liga - 11:00

Eibar can be delighted with their work this season: they sit 9th in La Liga with just eight losses on their record all season (as many as Real Madrid), and I’m backing them to beat a really poor Real Valladolid side to kick-off the acca.

The visitors have one point from their last six matches, and are just a single point above the relegation zone – in what’s proving to be a titanic battle to beat the drop.

Eibar are unbeaten at home since September, and should have more than enough to deepen Valladolid’s woes.

Groningen v Den Haag - Eredivisie

Over in the Eredivisie, I’m backing a red-hot Groningen side to beat a stuttering Den Haag outfit.

The hosts are loving life right now – winning four and drawing two of their last six matches – and with six home wins form their last seven, they’re very much in the driving seat for this one.

Den Haag have two points from their last three away games, but the pair of draws came against Breda and Graafschap, who occupy the bottom two places in the league, while the defeat came against the side third-bottom!

I’m confident with this one.

Atalanta v Chievo - Serie A - 14:00

Only Juventus have managed to score more Serie A goals than Atalanta this season (56), and I’m backing Gian Piero Gasperini’s men to beat bottom side Chievo with a -1 handicap.

One goal and one point in their last five matches doesn’t suggest Chievo will be up to much on Sunday, especially because Atalanta score so many goals.

I can’t see past a comfortable home win.

Espanyol v Sevilla - La Liga - 15:15

Now, here’s where the value kicks in.

I’m backing Espanyol to beat Sevilla at home, priced at a whopping 7/4.

Sevilla are good, aren’t they?

Well, they are at home, but on the road they are notoriously abysmal, which is why I’m confident they’ll lose once again.

Pablo Machín’s men have lost five on-the-spin away from home, scoring once and conceding 10 times, but the fact that three opponents were Celta Vigo, Villarreal and Huesca – three of the league’s bottom four – is why 7/4 is a cracker of a price.

Espanyol have won three of their last six at home, which is modest, but I still believe they’ll do a job on Sevilla to round the acca off with a bang.
