Does this 10/1 BTTS four-fold tickle your fancy?
Watford v Wolves
Like their FA Cup semi-final, I’m expecting Wolves and Watford’s meeting to be a belter.
There will be plenty of bad blood between the two sides—particularly after Troy Deeney’s suitably inflammatory post-match comments—and I also expect both teams to score.
59% of Watford’s home games have seen both teams score, while Wolves’ away BTTS-rate also lies at 59%.
Wolves are without an away clean sheet since October, while Watford have registered only two Vicarage Road shut-outs in their last 11.
West Brom v Rotherham
I backed West Brom to win this in my English Leagues Acca for Saturday, but I also believe both teams will score.
A huge 82% of The Baggies’ home games have seen both teams score, while Rotherham have scored in six of their last seven on the road – netting 11 times in total!
West Brom’s poor defensive record at The Hawthorns—where they’ve kept just three clean sheets all season—should see this selection land.
Sunderland v Portsmouth
In what’s a massive game in League One, I expect both Sunderland and Portsmouth to score in this titanic, potentially promotion-defining clash.
The stats for this one speak for themselves: 73% of Sunderland’s home games have seen both teams score (the league’s highest); 77% of Portsmouth’s away games have seen both teams score (also the league’s highest).
It’s a proper crunch match, and I expect goals.
AFC Wimbledon v Wycombe
AFC Wimbledon v Wycombe is my final BTTS pick – in a pivotal match down at the bottom of League One.
The hosts have a healthy 64% BTTS-rate at Kingsmeadow, while Wycombe have an even tastier BTTS-rate away from home (68%).
Wycombe’s last four matches have seen both teams not score, but I expect a very different pattern of play against a Wimbledon side who stuck two past leaders Luton on Tuesday.
