Football expert Ryan Elliott has selected a 3/1 continental Friday double!
AC Milan v Atalanta - Serie A - 20:45
Kicking off Friday’s double, I expect over 3.5 goals to be scored as Milan face Atalanta at home.
Both sides are in brilliant form ahead of this tasty clash: Milan, since the restart, have won seven and drawn twice, while Atalanta have won eight and drawn two since the restart.
Furthermore, goals have come at a rate of knots for both sides. 57% of all Atalanta games have seen over 3.5 goals, while six of Milan’s last nine have also seen over three goals.
Previous meetings between the two sides have also yielded goals: the last three meetings between Milan and Atalanta have seen 13 goals go in.
Gil Vicente v Pacos de Ferreira - Primeira Liga - 21:15
Next, I have both teams to score in Portugal, where Gil Vicente face Pacos de Ferreira.
Five of Gil Vicente’s last eight in the league have seen both teams score, and only three sides in the division have a higher BTTS-rate than Friday’s hosts.
As for Pacos, they’ve seen both teams score in 10 of their last 12, with the two outliers coming against strong Sporting and Porto sides; against Gil Vicente, I’m confident we see goals at both ends.
