Bayern Munich v Chelsea - 2:00

Bayern demolished Chelsea in their first-leg at Stamford Bridge, and while Hansi Flick’s men have a lovely little safety net ahead of this second-leg, I’m still backing them to win with a -1 handicap.

This competition is now everything to Bayern, while Chelsea will be utterly deflated after their FA Cup final defeat to Arsenal, and if we’re being honest, many of their players will be on the beach by now.

The Bavarians were utterly dominant in their Bundesliga run-in, winning their last 17 (!) matches in all competitions. Furthermore, 11 of these games were won by a margin of larger than a goal, so for Chelsea to pick themselves up and compete with this outstanding Bayern side looks unlikely.

Barcelona v Napoli - 20:00

Next up, I have both teams scoring in Barcelona vs Napoli.

Both sides are unbeaten in the Champions League this season, and after the first-leg ended 1-1, there’s everything still to play for at Camp Nou.

Four of Napoli’s last five in this competition have seen both teams score, while for Barca it’s five of the last six.

Napoli ended their domestic season keeping just one clean sheet in their last 11, and although the hosts are certainly favourites against them, Gennaro Gattuso will fancy finding the net against a side who conceded 38 goals in as many games over the course of the domestic season.
