Lazio v Celtic - 17:55

With Arsenal playing at Silly O’Clock on Wednesday, I’m going to gloss over them and concentrate on the four British sides playing on Thursday in the Europa League.

Starting off, I believe Lazio beat Celtic at home, with over 1.5 goals thrown in for a little extra value.

While Lazio’s away form has been ropey at best this season—shown during their defeat at Celtic Park—they are a force to be reckoned with on home turf.

Not only are Lazio unbeaten at home, but they’ve scored 16 goals at Stadio Olimpico, and I believe they’re going to outclass Celtic in this huge clash.

Man Utd v Partizan Belgrade - 20:00

As with most Manchester United matches in the Europa League, a home win to nil looks the value against Partizan Belgrade.

United haven’t conceded in Europe this season, but all three of their matches thus far have been painfully dull, with little in the way of attacking enterprise.

Partizan have lost four of their last six matches in all competitions, making 11/10 for a United win and clean sheet at Old Trafford worth backing.

Wolves v Slovan Bratislava - 20:00

Inexplicably, both teams to score in Wolves v Slovan Bratislava is 5/4.

The two sides have kept just one clean sheet between them in the competition, while we’ve seen both teams score in Wolves’ last five matches (including against Slovan), while the visitors have scored in every single match they’ve played this season in all competitions.

I can’t work out why this is odds-against.

Rangers v Porto - 20:00

Finally, I’m going to plump for Rangers to beat Porto at 7/4.

Steven Gerrard’s men secured a very impressive draw at Estádio do Dragão a fortnight ago, and I like the price for them to go one better at Ibrox.

Porto lost 2-0 at Feyenoord back at the start of October, and have dropped points domestically away at Gil Vicente and Maritimo.

Rangers have beaten Midtjylland, Legia Warsaw and Feyenoord in their last three Europa League home games, and while Porto represent a significant step-up in terms of opposition quality, they are still decent value to claim the points.
