This evening, we head back to the London Road circuit Romford with three selections that should go well plus one over at Central Park at a price. 

At 7.59 in the Castle Maiden Stayers open race over the six-bend 575 metre trip HERES RINGO looks a play from T2. The Yarmouth raider recorded a flying 24.02 trial over the four- bend trip and is sure to appreciate this step up in distance. 

Ringo has plenty of decent form on his card of late including runs behind the likes of Lennies Desire and Churhfield Syd. This is a drop-in class this evening. Granted a clear run Ringo can take this and break his maiden tag.

The Redmond Standard Invitation open race at 8.56 over the four-bend 400 metre trip at the London Road venue Romford can go to Kinsley raider ACOMB FELIX from T2. 

The March 21 son of Hiya Butt is blessed with blistering early gears and looks the ideal Romford type. This evening in a competitive race it's all on the break, Felix needs to ping out, grab the rails and hit the back straight a couple clear.

In the Carthy Forde Marathon at 9.48 I’m with BORNA PARACHUTE from T2. The Dave Mullins trained railer caught my eye a couple of times staying on well over six-bends and looked the type to do well once stepped up in trip. 

Last time out at Central Park over 684 metres Borna Parachute bolted up winning by over nine lengths. Tonight, on eight-bend debut over 750 metres he can go well at a price. Gothic Kitty (T4) and Bright Jewel (T5) clash again, they have raced against each other twice in recent weeks and the current standings is a win a piece. Alright Gordy (T6) is a classy performer and he's always worth a second look in the market.

The fourth and final selection this evening is over at Central Park in the Silver Salver semi- finals. BEAMING ISLA lines up from T2 in heat three at 8.54 and looks overpriced. Pavillion Team (T5) and King Pavarotti (T6) rate as the dangers.
