Romford 20:54

8.54 Romford – PAVILION TEAM (T5) - 0.50 Point win

At 8.54 in the Coral Committed To Safer Gambling Sprint open race over the two-bend 225-metre trip, PAVILION TEAM looks like the one they all have to beat when the Mark Wallis-trained middle seed lines up from T5.

The September 2022 son of Ballymac Best was a finalist in the Kent Silver Salver back in June and has since run well in top-class open races at Towcester, Hove and Monmore.

Tonight, on his return to Romford, he looks well-drawn to lead round, and, with a smart exit, he can make all. Queen Sinead could go well from T1 and rates as the main danger.

21:11 Romford

9.11 Romford – BUBBLY BABS (T2) – 2.5 Point win

The Coral Supporting Safer Gambling Week Maiden Marathon at 9.11 over the eight-bend 750-metre trip at the London Road circuit Romford can go to the Paul Young-trained railer BUBBLY BABS from T2.

In recent weeks, Babs has caught the eye staying on well over the six-bend 575-metre trip.

Tonight, on her return to this 750-metre distance, the November 2022 daughter of Good News looks a solid bet. Aero Academy looks the main danger from T5.

The Monmore raider has always looked like the type who would relish this step up in distance.

21:46 Romford

9.46 Romford – AAYAMZA LEGEND (T4) - 0.50 Point win

The third and final selection this evening AAYAMZA LEGEND who runs from T4 in the Let's Talk About Safer Gambling Maiden Stayers at 9.46.

The John Mullins-trained Towcester raider was last seen in early August running around his home track in a four-bend maiden open race behind classy Strike It Skye.

Since then, Aayamza Legend has had a sprint trial at Yarmouth and three spins over the four-bend 400-metre trip at Romford, clocking 23.89, 23.88 and 23.72.

Tonight, on six-bend debut, the August 2023 son of Ballymac Cashout will prove very hard to beat granted a clear run. The key to the race is the break, trap well and its race on.
