14:41 Hove

Tip 1 – 2.41 Hove – STEFANS BOMB (T4) – 1.5pt Win

Three selections from the Nevill Road circuit at Hove this afternoon on an ultra-competitive all-graded card. Catch all the action live on Premier Greyhound Racing via Attheraces Greyhounds or watch through bookmaker streaming services.

At 2.41 in the A11 graded race over the standard four-bend 500m trip, Stefans Bomb appeals from T4. The Tony Taylor-trained July 2023 son of Ballymac Best drops into this grade after a string of good runs in A10. If granted a clear run this afternoon, Stefans Bomb can make his move down the back straight, hit the front at the third bend, and power clear.

Tullymurry Nina shows plenty of early pace and could take them along from T3, while Sly Ash (T5) stays on strongly and is worth including in forecast bets.

Selection: STEFANS BOMB (T4) – 1.5pt win @ 5/4

15:38 Hove

Tip 2 – 3.38 Hove – WICKHURST JOHN (T1) – 1pt Win

The A6 graded race at 3.38 can go the way of well-drawn railer Wickhurst John in T1. Sent off short-priced favourite in five of his last six runs, he’s been a little expensive to follow recently — but today’s setup looks ideal.

With a debutant on his outside and a race lacking early pace, Wickhurst John can ping the lids, lead round, and make all. On the bunny he’s a 30.12 performer, and a repeat of that effort would see him take this by a couple of lengths. The key, as ever, is the break and the run to the first corner; trap well, and it’s game on.

Selection: WICKHURST JOHN (T1) – 1pt win @ 2/1

15:57 Hove

Tip 3 – 3.57 Hove – BLUEISTHECOLOR (T1) – 0.5pt Win

The third and final selection is Blueisthecolor, who lines up from T1 in the A4 graded race at 3.57. The June Harvey-trained railer reached top A1 grade in the summer and has recently returned following a brief layoff.

Last week’s run in A3 should have blown away the cobwebs, and he looks interesting on the downgrade this afternoon. On a going day he can clock around the 29.80 mark, and a repeat of that would put him right in the mix at the finish.

Selection: BLUEISTHECOLOR (T1) – 0.5pt win @ 10/3
