LOCKDOWN produced a much more professional performance when denied by just a neck at Pontefract and this track should suit Hugo Palmer's Charm Spirit colt, who has been found the perfect opening to get off the mark. Rooster went close at Wolverhampton last weekend on the back of a respectable run in a hot Newmarket contest on his introduction. He makes plenty of appeal and could give the selection a bit to think about. Nurse Florence and Deliver The Dream both caught the eye in their opening outings and are respected, with Kodi Cliff worth a market check on debut. Prediction : 1st Lockdown 2nd Rooster 3rd Nurse Florence

RIDESON is yet to finish outside the top three and switches to maiden company having gone close at Chelmsford on her handicap debut. Her in-form handler Roger Varian appears to have found her a good opportunity, and it would be no surprise at all to see the Golden Horn filly triumph. Bring Him Home is a half-brother to Breeders' Cup Mile winner Uni and should build on his encouraging debut third at Kempton. Kafee was a beaten favourite at Wolverhampton, but the step up from 7f will suit. Prediction : 1st Rideson 2nd Bring Him Home 3rd Kafee

Hot Summer brings a decent level of form to the table and went close at Ffos Las on his final start of last season. However, he should really have been winning that contest, not finding much for pressure at the business end, so preference is for MAGIC SKY, who made a promising start at Chelmsford. The Gleneagles filly did well to finish third on that occasion having been slow out of the stalls, showing plenty of potential as the race developed. Baarrij was another to catch the eye on debut, finishing fifth in a competitive Newbury event featuring some well-regarded types.Prediction : 1st Magic Sky 2nd Hot Summer 3rd Baarrij

CHAIRMANOFTHEBOARD struck over C&D earlier this month under a patient ride and remains fairly treated off 6lb higher. A few of these aren't shy about getting on with things, and it wouldn't be a surprise if recent Chelmsford scorer Atalanta's Boy set this up for the selection. He made most on that occasion and has plenty of past turf-winning form on varying ground, but is on a career-high mark of 86 now. Amplify blew his chance from the stalls at Kempton and should do better.Prediction : 1st Chairmanoftheboard 2nd Atalantas Boy 3rd Amplify

Dark Lady beat Millisle at Salisbury in September but failed to confirm that form in the Cheveley Park a few weeks later, while Istanbul boasts strong form claims after finishing fifth in the Prix Robert Papin 11 months ago. Preference, though, is for Kevin Ryan's REPARTEE, who was third in the Gimcrack at York last summer. The Invincible Spirit colt followed that up with a solid second in a valuable sales race at Doncaster, giving the winner plenty of weight, and could enjoy a fruitful three-year-old campaign.Prediction : 1st Repartee 2nd Dark Lady 3rd Istanbul

Davydenko looked progressive last season, but was disappointing on his Newmarket reappearance when only beating two runners home. Accidental Agent outran three-figure odds to finish fifth in the Queen Anne but seems to reserve his best efforts for Ascot, and it might pay to side with POGO. Third in the Hunt Cup last time out, Charlie Hills' four-year-old was on the right side of the track there from his favourable draw, but still shaped nicely and can bridge the gap to Listed company.Prediction : 1st Pogo 2nd Davydenko 3rd Accidental Agent

JEAN BAPTISTE was beaten less than a length when third over 7f at Newcastle on his handicap debut, but is expected to improve for this extra furlong as he bids to shake off a 2lb rise. Tell Me All represents the same owner as the selection but, by contrast, cuts back from 1m2f after dropping away at Newbury. He has viable place claims, though a bigger threat may be unbeaten Clive Cox inmate Dance Fever, who steps up beyond 7f for the first time. Prediction : 1st Jean Baptiste 2nd Dance Fever 3rd Tell Me All
16:10 Windsor
Settle Petal has been raised 4lb for scoring over 1m4f at Lingfield and is expected to remain competitive now switching to turf, though of more interest is GOLD STANDARD, who attracted support on his return from a break at Wolverhampton. Tony Carroll's charge could only finish second on that occasion but is entitled to strip fitter for the outing. Gates Pass had wind surgery before picking up the silver medal over 1m at Lingfield and could also take a hand.Prediction : 1st Gold Standard 2nd Settle Petal 3rd Gates Pass
16:40 Windsor
MORDRED has bounced back to form on the all-weather on his last couple of outings and that includes his victory at Lingfield two starts ago. If he can transfer that form to turf, the son of Camelot should take plenty of stopping. Maiden Castle remains unexposed and merits plenty of respect on his handicap debut. Mayfair Spirit and Buriram complete the shortlist. Prediction : 1st Mordred 2nd Maiden Castle 3rd Mayfair Spirit
