Architect Tips is back with three selections for today's racing, with all three runners at Southwell.

There seemed to be no fluke about CUP OF COFFEE’s (best price 4-1) win at Ludlow last-time-out when seeing off odds-on favourite Rainyday Woman, who boosted the form when returning a next-time-out winner. An opening mark of 114 requires further improvement from her, but she has the potential to surpass that mark and her earlier second at Warwick looks good form, too, as the winner - Whispering Gypsy - ran well to finish fourth in a listed assignment when last spotted. The third, fourth and fifth have all won since to enhance the substance of the form and she should go very well here.

Hob House is sure to prove popular in the betting ring given his bumper form and pedigree, but he was far from straightforward first-time-out and will need to be an above-average sort to beat ROCKY LAKE (best price 9-2), who showed plenty of boot to make a successful hurdles debut for Emma Lavelle and is sure to progress. His jumping was pretty good for a debutant and, despite trying to jump the path on the run-in and soon became unbalanced, he still had plenty left in the tank to get the job done. The runner-up, Socialist Agenda, gives a good indication to the sort of performance the winner created as he subsequently ran well to finish a close-up fourth at Cheltenham in a strong race for the grade over the weekend. He’ll appreciate this slightly longer trip and he has to be of strong each-way interest at the odds.

GET PREPARED (best price 7-1) hasn’t managed to get involved in three subsequent starts, but has been given a lenient mark for his handicap debut and this looks the easiest task he’s been handed by connections. He looked likely to play a part in the finish in a novices’ hurdle event in March when falling three out and that form looks strong given the first and second in the 130’s. He’ll tackle opponents rated no higher than 112 here and, with Luca Morgan claiming three-pounds, Ben Pauling’s charge makes plenty of each-way appeal with a run under his belt.
