Leg 1 Selections: Tellus

TELLUS has finished runner-up in all three starts to date and almost got off the mark last time when narrowly denied by a head. Her second on debut to Kyeema is the best form on offer and, with her stable amongst the winners, this is an excellent chance for this daughter of Aclaim to make it fourth time lucky on her all-weather debut.

Leg 2 Selections: Ottoman Prince, Uno Grande

OTTOMAN PRINCE exceeded market expectations by some stretch when scoring over course-and-distance on debut. The way he travelled she won going away suggested that might not be a fluke and he’s the one to beat under a penalty. UNO GRANDE is related to several winners and could go well on debut.

Leg 3 Selections: Jumbeau

JUMBEAU won nicely on debut at Brighton and ran well in defeat to make the frame in her next two starts in a pair of Listed events, including in the Windsor Castle at Royal Ascot. She was a fair eighth of 16 in the Two Year Old Trophy at Redcar when last spotted and dropped in grade for her all-weather debut with Hayley Turner still in the saddle, she could be too good for these.

Leg 4 Selections: Bedazzling

BEDAZZLING has improved with each start and ran her best race to date when second at Newcastle last time. The winner looks pretty useful, so the form should work out well, and this filly is drawn well in stall four. It’s hard to see her out of the frame with plenty more to offer and her trainer in excellent form too.

Leg 5 Selections: Miss Marianne, Pink Stripes

MISS MARIANNE ran a very decent race when third over this course-and-distance last time, where she was seen to best effect under an attacking ride. Under similar tactics, she should make another bold bid here. PINK STRIPES wasn’t beaten far in a better race than this last time and still has time on her side, so she could go well at quite large odds here.

Leg 6 Selections: Iesha, Level Up

IESHA is now three pounds below her last winning mark and while her recent form is hardly inspiring, she could make an impact off her reduced mark. LEVEL UP has to shoulder top-weight but he’s ran well in slightly better races so far in his career and is drawn well in stall five, so he’s one to consider.
