Architect Tips shares his Tote Placepot tips for today's action at Kempton.
16:55 Kempton
Leg 1 Selections: Asdaa, Haseef
ASDAA is 0-6 at this course but that could all change as he scored at Newcastle seven days ago and this is the first time he will have competed in a class six event here as well. He won last year, at Wolverhampton, off a 15Ib higher mark, so he remains well-treated and has sound claims under a penalty from a good draw in stall three.
HASEEF hasn’t won in 18 starts on the Flat so far but he has made the frame in three of his last four starts and was third on the turf back in August off a three-pounds higher mark. He should bounce back from a lesser effort last-time-out and has run well in all three previous visits to this course too, so he could go well from a decent draw.

Leg 2 Selections: Split Elevens, Inclement Weather
SPLIT ELEVENS has been consistent this year, winning three of his twelve starts, and has been strong at the finish in his last couple of starts to not be beaten far off this mark. He finds himself only two pounds above his last winning mark and if the refitted blinkers have a positive effect, he could win this race.
INCLEMENT WEATHER has winning form here and was a very good second here when last seen over track and trip. She did well under the circumstances having been forced to race wide and, off only a pound higher mark, she might be capable of going one better.

Leg 3 Selections: Star Guest
Charlie Appleby’s STAR GUEST should be capable of winning a race of this nature. She left plenty to work on when second on debut, where she was only run down late on by a stablemate and will know about her job today. Tom Marquand is booked to ride and it’s hard to see this filly not showing improvement. She gets the vote to at least make the frame in leg three.

Leg 4 Selections: Swiss Pride, Winnetka
The form of SWISS PRIDE’s latest second has received a boost since and this course-and-distance winner remains on a favourable mark being only a pound higher than when last successful. Jack Mitchell retains the ride as expected and he should be on the premises at the business end of this race.
WINNETKA should strip a lot fitter for his latest sixth and has lots of all-weather form to his name. He is three pounds lower than when scoring on the turf on his penultimate start and, off bottom-weight with Millie Philipps maintaining the partnership, this six-year-old should be firmly in the mix in this weak contest.
Hobson Point
Leg 5 Selections: Hobson Point, Mogok Valley
HOBSON POINT has shown promise in all four starts to date, including on his all-weather debut last time when fourth here and makes his handicap debut off a fair mark. He should have a lot more to offer and is fancied to run a big race off top-weight.
MOGOK VALLEY ran a perfectly respectable race when third at Wolverhampton last-time-out and also makes his handicap debut off a lenient opening mark. His second to Minnetonka is a smart bit form in this grade and from a handy draw in stall two, he has to merit consideration.

Leg 6 Selections: Blow Your Horn, Far Horizon
BLOW YOUR HORN returned an eye-catching fifth three weeks ago, where a better start and clear passage might have seen him come out on top. The handicapper has reduced his mark, which seems very fair, and Ian Williams’ charge should be able to go close in this winnable race.
FAR HORIZON defied large odds to win on his penultimate start and matched that form when a good third at Chelmsford last time on his handicap debut. He is well drawn, should have more to come, and can make his presence felt in this race.
