Architect Tips shares his Tote Placepot tips for today's action at Kempton.
17:00 Kempton
Leg 1 Selections: Zhui Feng, Satin Snake
A tricky opener but a wild chance is taken on the former classy ZHUI FENG, who would have beaten these easily in his prime. He has winning form over this course-and-distance though and drops in class after a three months break. If he can run to anything near the form he is capable of, the ten-year-old could roll back the years and finish in the first two in the opener.
SATIN SNAKE won over course-and-distance on his penultimate start and almost won here again last time when only denied by the smallest of margins. He has only had the four starts in the UK, so he is open to improvement and has an excellent chance on these terms in leg one.

Leg 2 Selections: Simply Sin, Haseef
SIMPLY SIN is most likely to go over hurdles or something before too long but he returned a good winner over course-and-distance just over three weeks ago and has been raised eight pounds for that success. He remains completely unexposed and could be too good for these rivals as well with more to come.
HASEEF still remains a maiden after 19 starts but he ran a good race when third at this course seven days ago and goes up in trip off the exact same mark in today’s contest. He isn’t drawn that great but David Evans’ charge is well-treated and has very good place possibilities.

Leg 3 Selections: Foinix, Fullforward
FOINIX has progressed with each start and took a major step forward from his previous efforts when second at Southwell last time. He marginally scrapes the first vote in leg three with his trainer Gay Kelleway in very good form of late as well.
FULLFORWARD has also progressed with each start and opened his account in good style at Leicester in October, winning by over a length with a lot to spare. He has to warrant inclusion in a race that won’t take a lot of winning given the low grade.

Leg 4 Selections: She’s A Mirage, Bode
A wide-open race for leg four. SHE’S A MIRAGE has shown enough to suggest she has the capabilities to win a race of this calibre. She was nearest the finish when third last time and a repeat performance could see her gain a breakthrough success. She is the solid choice.
BODE was far too keen in first-time blinkers last time but he did show glimpses of promise and surely he can build on that now dropped into a class six for the first time in his career. Off a mark of 64 on his handicap debut, he could go well at quite a big price in this race.

Leg 5 Selections: Miss Dolly Rocker
The sensible option in leg five has to be MISS DOLLY ROCKER, who sets the standard based on the fact she has finished in the frame in all four of her starts. She has been runner-up in three of those events and came within a short-head of success last time.
She has already had the two starts at this course and was only beaten a neck here on her debut. The winner has advertised the form since plus the longer trip in today’s assignment should prove within range based on her pedigree. If stall ten doesn’t prove an issue, she should go close to breaking her duck.

Leg 6 Selections: Elegant Charm, Glittering Lights
ELEGANT CHARM only found an improved sort too strong last month and that form has worked out strongly, given she had subsequent winners behind her in that race. Charlie Appleby’s charge filly should have more to come and James Doyle takes over the reins, so she should be thereabouts.
Her stablemate, GLITTERING LIGHTS, a daughter of Kingman, has made the frame in all three starts to date and makes her handicap debut off a lenient-looking mark of 75. Jamie Spencer has been booked to ride, which is interesting, and she could emerge as the threat to the former being open to further improvement too.
