Architect Tips shares his Tote Placepot tips for today's action at Bangor.
13:20 Bangor
Leg 1 Selections: Secret Investor
The opener should be easy pickings for SECRET INVESTOR. Paul Nicholls’ charge is a classy horse and beat dual King George winner Clan Des Obeaux on his penultimate start.
He shaped very well when sixth on his return at Chepstow and will take on much inferior rivals in this race. His class should shine brightly here.

Leg 2 Selections: Effernock Fizz, Miah Grace
Irish raider EFFERNOCK FIZZ won the Welsh Champion Hurdle in October and went close on her last start over fences at Cheltenham. She wasn’t discredited in a big-field handicap at the Dublin Racing Festival and has the class to shoulder top-weight to victory here.
MIAH GRACE beat a subsequent winner over fences back in December and should be fine over this longer distance. She is the main danger to the former.

Leg 3 Selections: Morozov Cocktail, Eclair De Guye, No Cruise Yet
MOROZOV COCKTAIL could only stay on at the one pace to finish sixth at Doncaster last time but is three-pounds below his last winning mark and could be a force over this longer trip. He has decent claims, while ECLAIR DE GUYE has lots of form around this trip and stayed on well to take second last time.
He is a pound below his last winning mark and enters calculations. NO CRUISE YET has been in great form for a long time and is a player given he has won three of his last four starts.

Leg 4 Selections: Hidalgo De L’isle, Rewired
HIDALGO DE L’ISLE has been runner-up in all of his last three starts and although he has returned a beaten favourite in all three of those, he has to be on the shortlist off an attractive mark on his handicap debut.
REWIRED is proving consistent and has recorded two seconds since winning at Huntingdon. He is two-pound well-in at the weights and should go well.

Leg 5 Selections: Crambo
CRAMBO lost his unbeaten record when pulled up in the Challow Hurdle at Newbury on New Year’s Eve but that was a stiff task up against Hermes Allen and he will find this huge drop in class much easier.
He has undergone wind surgery since that latest effort and, with the best form on offer, he is strongly fancied to get back on track here.

Leg 6 Selections: Basford, Horacio Apple’s
BASFORD has improved since switching to handicaps, finishing second in both starts, and while this is a big step up in trip, he could be suited to it. With the cheekpieces enlisted again, the six-year-old could go one better.
HORACIO APPLE’S made the frame in both his first two hurdle starts and improved to make a winning handicap debut at Ayr. He could defy a rise in the weights.
