Leg 1 Selections: Ayr Of Elegance, Mickyh
The 11-year-old mare AYR OF ELEGANCE could only muster fourth on her last visit to this course but that was in a much tougher race than this and she comfortably beat Komedy Kicks at Newton Abbot when last seen.
She’s also a course-and-distance winner having scored here last summer from a two pounds higher mark and, on the back of that latest success, she’s fancied to make a serious impact to double her tally for the year.
MICKYH is the only other course-and-distance winner in the field, who’s not won since scoring here last April but that was from only a pound lower mark. He has finished second three times since and must be feared from this reduced mark.

Leg 2 Selections: Swiss Money, Two Past Eight
A race that could prove informative with the marginal vote going to hurdle debutant SWISS MONEY, a dual winner on the Flat for Yann Barberot in France, who has recently joined Milton Harris.
Milton does well in these type of events and this French import could have too many gears for these with a clear round. Harry Cobden is booked to ride.
TWO PAST EIGHT won at the first time of asking over hurdles in an Aintree juvenile last month by two lengths despite making a mess of the last hurdle and losing momentum.
That is a sign of a very nice horse and Alan King’s charge also does extremely well with juveniles, so he should make a bold bid in order to keep his unbeaten record over hurdles intact.

Leg 3 Selections: The Galahad Kid
THE GALAHAD KID was turned over at short odds on his hurdles debut but he still ran a decent race to finish second and won both his bumpers prior to that encouraging start over hurdles.
He surely has more to offer and should be more than capable of putting that experience to good use and opening his account here for team Brennan/O’Brien.

Leg 4 Selections: Finest View, Painless Potter
FINEST VIEW won three times over hurdles last year and while she’s been winless since, and might still not have won last time but for falling, she would have run a solid race.
She’s only two pounds above her last winning mark and should be suited to this track. She can hopefully bounce back.
PAINLESS POTTER has placed in all completed starts over hurdles and was a clear second behind an odds-on favourite at Worcester just under three weeks ago.
He returns to a handicap carrying a very low weight and is low-mileage in this sphere too, so he could capitalise on the weight he receives from the remainder.

Leg 5 Selections: If I Say, Jet Of Dreams
IF I SAY couldn’t lay a glove on Mole Court at Worcester last-time-out but that was a big step forward from her chase debut and remains on the same mark as when last successful over the smaller obstacles. With her rider claiming ten pounds, she must be a threat to all.
JET OF DREAMS showed promise over hurdles without winning and did so again on his chase debut under an apprentice. when second at Southwell. Despite being beaten 10 lengths, he is likely to prove an even stronger proposition in this contest. Warren Greatrex’s five-year-old gets a senior rider on his back this time and should go well.

Leg 6 Selections: Hunting Percival, Ecossais
HUNTING PERCIVAL appreciated the increase in stamina when scoring over course-and-distance last time over hurdles and whilst his previous outing over fences didn’t go according to plan, that latest success should have sorted out his confidence. He is a big-player off top-weight.
ECOSSAIS was a little below form when fourth at Worcester last time but is four pounds below his last winning mark and has undergone wind surgery since he was last seen. This course should suit his prominent style of racing and he could be hard to keep out of the frame dropped in grade.
