Architect Tips shares Tote Placepot tips for Tuesday's action at Wolverhampton and yesterday's Placepot results from Newcastle.
16:27 Wolverhampton
Leg 1 Selections: Sea Of Charm, Waterloo Sunset
It’s been sixteen starts since SEA OF CHARM last got her head in front but she returned a very good second over course-and-distance 10 days ago and the handicapper has left her on the same mark for this race.
She could easily go one better if able to replicate that showing, while WATERLOO SUNSET has placed in three of his last five starts and could be competitive with Oisin Murphy booked to ride.

Leg 2 Selections: Lady Bouquet, Pinpoint
LADY BOUQUET has improved her form the last couple of times, finishing third in each, and is the likely pace angle. She has plenty of early speed and should be able to get the lead from a nice draw in stall 4 with Hollie Doyle booked to ride.
She’s respected on her tapeta debut. Of the remainder, PINPOINT is another tapeta debutant but has been in excellent form of late and should again make his presence felt.

Leg 3 Selections: Della
In the third race, DELLA is the form pick and should take the world of beating. She’s the clear highest-rated in the field and has made the frame in all of her last three starts.
She is vulnerable to anything progressive but won’t get many better opportunities to succeed. Partnered by Oisin Murphy for the first time, Andrew Balding’s filly shouldn’t let this chance slip from her grasp and can open her account.

Leg 4 Selections: Francesi, Nikki’s Girl, Venetian
FRANCESI has been winless for quite sometime now but he stayed on well to finish second at Kempton last time and a 2Ib rise seems lenient up against rivals who hardly set the pulse racing in all fairness.
Of the remainder, NIKKI’S GIRL did win very easily over track and trip in August though and could be tough to beat if in a similar mood so she can be added to the shortlist.
VENETIAN could fare best of the rest in a first-time visor from the inside berth. He is 2Ib lower than when he scored here last November and could represent some value at the likely odds.
18:30 Wolverhampton
Leg 5 Selections: Reputation, Mykonos St John, Southwold
Ruth Carr’s REPUTATION has been a hostage to fortune time and time again throughout his career but he is 2Ib lower than when he scored last month on the turf.
He has a consistent record at this level which reads 233 from three starts, all in which have been off higher marks on the turf. He remains well-treated on his past form.
MYKONOS ST JOHN has done all of his winning and placed efforts off higher marks and this former course-and-distance winner is respected despite being the outsider of the field.
SOUTHWOLD hasn’t done much wrong on the all-weather and was a good fourth at Southwell last time. He should be thereabouts in what is a winnable race with plenty to consider.
19:00 Wolverhampton
Leg 6 Selections: Flatley, Gannon Glory
FLATLEY didn’t get the required strong gallop here last time but still ran well to take fourth and this former course-and-distance winner is 5Ib lower than he scored in this month at this course last year. He is one to strongly consider.
GANNON GLORY, another course winner, is blinkered for the first time which could sharpen him up and while it was only a claimer he won here in August, he wasn’t far back here last time when fourth off a pound higher mark. Hollie Doyle will take the ride and he should be competitive.
