Andy Holding is back with five tips from today's horse racing action including a NAP at Chelmsford.

Not many missing fighting it out for this all-weather stayer’s crown and sole Irish raider TYSON FURY (best price 10-1), seemingly a revitalised character since joining current connections, has reasonable claims of talking the prize back to Co Tipperary.
Good enough to be mixing it against the likes of Bay Bridge and Mostahdaf in his prime, the seven-year-old rather lost his way towards the tail end of his spell with Richard Spencer but on the evidence of time with his new handler, he’s very much going back on the upward curve.
Given too much to do when staying on nicely into second behind the smart Elegant Man over the extended 1m2f at Dundalk two starts ago, Denis Hogan’s gelding ran out an impressive winner when significantly upped in trip at the Co Lough venue last time and that victory obviously sparked an interest in the trip over the Irish Sea.
Unexposed at two miles and a horse still capable of showing a nice change of gear when required, however this race pans out should suit and he makes plenty of appeal at his double figure quotes.
Another who looks overpriced based on form is PRYDWYN (best price 10-1) and George Scott’s charge is worth playing accordingly.
As is often the case, the six-year-old shape as though he would be all the better for his first outing after a break at Kempton a month ago and true to form, he found the necessary improvement to push in-form Spartan Army all the way at Lingfield last time out.
Based on the theory he might have won in a few more strides, it makes little sense why he has been chalked up twice the price of his old rival and providing he can slot into a decent early position from his wide draw, there’s a decent chance he can play a pivotal role in the finish.

BYSTANDER (best price 6-1) gave the impression he won with a bit in hand over today’s C&D last time out and if that theory does end up being the case, it’s difficult to imagine Karl Burke’s inmate not featuring when the medals are being dished out on his return visit.
Having his first run at the Surrey venue and upped in trip, the lightly raced gelding sat in a beautiful position just in behind the even tempo set by Loyal Touch and when picking up the running rounding the home turn, he fended off a series of challengers down the straight.
Despite looking a shade vulnerable to a closer in the last two furlongs, he picked up again when required and with the likelihood of even more to come, the son of Dark Angel still has the feel of a very well-treated horse.

HOW IMPRESSIVE (best price 6-1) arrives here in a rich vein of form and with a run style that suggests he’s very much likely to race prominently throughout, another big effort looks on the cards.
Jumping out to make all the running at Southwell last time, Hugo Palmer’s gelding maintained the strong gallop all the way to the line and, as a result, he ended up posting a career high speed figure.
Although seven furlongs would probably be viewed as just about his optimum, he has enough natural boot to be as effective over six – as form figure of 122 imply – and with a good break from stall four, the five-year-old chestnut can put himself into position whereby he becomes a danger to all off the home turn.
17:10 Chelmsford
MR SWIVELL (NAP) (best price 9-2) has exhibited steady improvement on each of his three starts to date and with the most recent effort highlighted by a strong time figure in victory, James Ferguson’s colt is fancied to make an immediate splash on his first try in handicap company.
Despite couple of slow starts, he was able to finish in the money on his debut at Southwell and in a better race at Kempton next time and he duly put those two experiences to good use back at the former venue 34 days ago.
This time breaking with plenty more purpose, the son of City Light raced keenly on the shoulder of the leader and when taking over at the head affairs turning for home, he strode away in impressive fashion from a horse who went on to boost the form next time out.
Handed an opening mark of 75, he looks bound to leave that rating well behind in due course and despite today’s assignment being a good deal more competitive than he’s tackled so far to date, confidence is high he can back up that view on his debut in this sphere.
