GENEROUS RISK can make a winning start over timber. The son of No Risk At All was placed in his first three runs in bumpers before finding things tougher in Grade 2 company here last month. A previous point-to-point winner, he should appreciate obstacles in front of him now. Le Moulin Rouge chased home a decent sort in the shape of Lazare De Star over 2m4f at the Christmas fixture here. He looks like an obvious danger. Jet To Monte Carlo was back in seventh that day but posted an improved effort, when runner-up at Thurles last month.
Prediction : 1st Generous Risk 2nd Le Moulin Rouge 3rd Jet To Monte Carlo

Josh Williamson takes a handy 5lb off the back of TORPILLE DAGROSTIS and she can go one better after a couple of second-placed finishes. The Gigginstown-owned filly bumped into a useful looking rival in How's Hannah at Punchestown 13 days ago and this looks like an easier task. Alliteration has shaped nicely on her two hurdle runs to date, finishing third both times. She looks an obvious danger. Fly Away Home was second to the impressive Saveforarainyday at Limerick last month but it was a solid run and she holds place prospects.
Prediction : 1st Torpille Dagrostis 2nd Alliteration 3rd Fly Away Home

FORCEONMYOWN looks on a workable mark for her handicap debut. The Workforce mare stayed on to be fourth in a maiden hurdle at Punchestown most recently and stepping back up in trip should help. A mark of 110 doesn't look harsh, while Michael Kenneally's 5lb claim is also an asset. Whimsy was a good third in a competitive mares event at the Dublin Racing Festival last month and commands respect off just 1lb higher. Missus Beeton, an easy winner at Down Royal last time, completes the shortlist despite and going up 8lb and this being a tougher race.
Prediction : 1st Forceonmyown 2nd Whimsy 3rd Missus Beeton

MIDNIGHT OUR FRED looks capable of striking over hurdles off this kind of rating. The nine-year-old, who ran off a 20lb higher mark over fences on his last outing, was a good second at Cork when last tried over timber and can take advantage of the lower assessment. Lonesome Boatman is another running off a lower rating in this discipline. The Cork National winner was outclassed in graded company on his last start but could be a big player, with Darragh Allen claiming 7lb from the saddle. Pebble Bleu is back in handicap company after failing to make an impression in a Grade 3 last time. She is another to consider.
Prediction : 1st Midnight Our Fred 2nd Lonesome Boatman 3rd Pebble Bleu

KAROLINE BANBOU can make it third-time lucky over fences. The No Risk At All mare has bumped into a couple of useful sorts, most recently Port Joulain at Fairyhouse. On her chase debut before that, she followed home Jacob's Ladder, who took Grade 3 honours at Navan on Saturday, where he had Port Joulain back in third. Kamikaz Du Plessis isn't straightforward but is talented and could be a danger. Net Boy beat Kamikaz Du Plessis when winning his maiden hurdle and is another to note on his chase debut.
Prediction : 1st Karoline Banbou 2nd Kamikaz Du Plessis 3rd Net Boy

STRUTTER is interesting on his return from an absence. The lightly-raced seven-year-old was a cosy winner on his sole start for Willie Mullins in a handicap hurdle at Limerick back in December 2024. He has scope for more improvement on his chasing debut. Dameauscottlestown ran well in a competitive mares' handicap hurdle at the Dublin Racing Festival and is one to note on her chasing debut, getting the sex allowance. Killaney King was runner-up on his sole start over fences last season and is another to consider. He just sneaks into this after his hurdles mark was eased recently.
Prediction : 1st Strutter 2nd Dameauscottlestown 3rd Killaney King

JAY PEE M may have benefited from a recent outing over timber and looks to have a big chance. The seven-year-old won twice over fences last year and it was a solid effort on his return at Thurles. He was a touch keen early on and the run should help with that. West Of Carrig has been consistent this season and is an obvious danger. He may appreciate stepping back up in trip after finishing third over 2m2f at Thurles. Hello Jack was third behind West Of Carrig at Fairyhouse in January and may be able to get a bit closer in first-time cheekpieces.
Prediction : 1st Jay Pee M 2nd West Of Carrig 3rd Hello Jack

Willie Mullins won this in 2023 and 2024 and ROOM FOR ONE MORE looks the pick of his pair, based on jockey bookings. The Walk In The Park mare is a half-sister to Tornado Flyer and also to Magic McColgan, who won this race two years ago. Mullins also saddles Ruby Grace, a Kapgarde mare who is out of a winning full-sister to Champion Hurdle hero Rock On Ruby. The Gavin Cromwell-trained Araminta is the pick of those with experience. She was a good fourth in Grade 2 company at the Dublin Racing Festival and sets a fair standard.
Prediction : 1st Room For One More 2nd Araminta 3rd Ruby Grace
